ALSO FROM 1020 · TECHNOLOGY

Software built from the way we actually deliver.

Every project we run goes through the same friction: scattered files, permit status nobody can see, and disciplines that drift out of sync. We're turning eight years of that experience into three tools. Not a pivot — an extension of the engineering practice.

Build One

THE OWNER'S COMMAND CENTER

One place for the whole project — scope, schedule, drawings, submittals and who's responsible for what — so the owner never has to referee five vendors.

  • Single project record from feasibility to CO
  • Live document set with revision history
  • Owner-facing status without the phone tree

Permit OS

JURISDICTION & APPROVAL TRACKING

Permit applications, plan-review cycles, comment letters and resubmittals tracked as a system — by jurisdiction, by discipline, by deadline — instead of by inbox archaeology.

  • Every comment tied to its response and sheet
  • Jurisdiction requirements captured once, reused
  • Real permit timelines, not guesses

Engineer OS

COORDINATED PRODUCTION

Civil, structural, MEP and architectural produced against one shared model of the project — so the coordination we do by hand today becomes the default, not the exception.

  • Cross-discipline sheet coordination
  • Code and standard references built in
  • Sealed-set assembly and issue control
FOR ENGINEERING FIRMS

Why an engineering firm is building software.

Because we've lived every failure mode these tools fix. A 168-sheet multifamily set with civil, structural and MEP sealed by different professionals has to agree with itself. A permit that sits in review because a comment got lost in email is a month of carrying cost. We built the practice first — the platform is what we wished we'd had.

Until it ships, the practice is open. If you have land and need it permitted, the engineering side is ready today.
